New 2024 Macbook Pro 15 Inch: Price, Release Date & Big Display

Macbook ProNew 2024 Macbook Pro 15 Inch: Price, Release Date & Big Display! It appears that those who wanted a larger MacBook Air will have to wait until next year after Apple unveiled its M2 MacBook Air and MacBook Pro this year. In a newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman speculates a new Mac Pro, a larger 15-inch MacBook Air. A new iMac with an M3 processor could be released in 2024.

Features of the New MacBook Air 2024

A 15-inch MacBook Air with an M2 CPU is anticipated to be a primarily unaltered version of the 13.6-inch model. However, Apple might include more colours or other features to make their products stand out.

Macbook Pro 15 Inch Design 2024

According to design rumours around the next MacBook Air, it will resemble the 24-inch iMac in many ways. Ultimately, it came off as more resembling the modernized 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro versions. Instead of having a tapered casing, the chassis now has a constant thickness. It is consequently extremely thin—thinner than the MacBook Pro—but only has room for USB-C connections.

Apple only disclosed four colour possibilities, while the company was expected to use the same palette as the iMac. It’s unknown why Apple chose four muted colours for the MacBook Air and several vibrant colours for the iMac. According to rumours, the bezels surrounding the new MacBook Air’s display would be off-white. They are instead all-black, just like the MacBook Pro 2024.

2024 Macbook Pro 15 Inch Display

The display on the M1 MacBook Air is 13.3 inches; in the M2 variant, it is 13.6 inches. If reports are accurate, a larger model’s display will grow to 15 inches. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said the panel will have a mini-LED backlight and remain 13.3 inches. Apple’s 12.9-inch iPad Pro and 2021 MacBook Pro models both benefit from the relatively recent technology.

Despite not being included in the 2022 models. Mini-LED could potentially be incorporated into the 15-inch MacBook Air. The lighting is more evenly distributed because there are more dimming zones and light sources with mini-LEDs than with LED backlights. Though not nearly as effective as OLED, it is still far more effective than LED.

Expensive equipment won’t transmit ProMotion, but mini-LED lighting might, despite allowing for fluid animations and scrolling at different refresh rates up to 120Hz. This technology is probably too expensive for Apple’s budget laptop.

2024 Macbook Pro 15 Inch Processor

With M2, Apple Silicon’s second generation has arrived. After a few iterations, this processor family will dominate Apple’s Mac portfolio. Therefore, a 15-inch model with that chip will presumably be released in 2024. The Media Engine in the M2 allows for better video editing and makes it up to 18% faster than the M1. The one-monitor restriction still applies because it does not affect Thunderbolt’s capabilities.

Macbook Pro

It seems improbable that Apple will incorporate an M2 Pro in the 15-inch MacBook Air variant as the laptop is a consumer-grade product. Since the MacBook Air is designed to run without a fan. There may be restrictions on the CPU that may be used.

2024 Macbook Pro 15 Inch Webcams and Ports

Two Thunderbolt ports, a MagSafe connector, and a headphone jack are all part of the new MacBook Airports. These ports are probably the same ones in the more prominent 15-inch model. The two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports can charge the MacBook Air quickly and handle data transfers up to 40Gbps. High-impedance headphones are compatible with the headphone jack.

The M2 image signal processor upgrades the webcam to 1080p with a clear image. Although Apple omitted Center Stage, it did include a feature in macOS Ventura that allows the iPhone camera to function as a webcam on the Mac.

Macbook Pro 15 Inch 2024 Price

Apple placed the M1 MacBook Air on the market for $999 to avoid pricing its best-selling MacBook out of the educational market. The 13.6-inch M2 model, which starts at $1,199, features 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM.
