Game of the Year award winner 2022 Predictions

Each game on this list deserves consideration, and some of them may have won Game of the Year at various points in time. The winner in 2022 is likely to be God of War: Ragnarok or Elden Ring since the competition will be too severe. God of War: Ragnarok is expected to triumph in other categories at The Game Awards in 2022, despite the fact that Elden Ring now has a slim lead in the race for Game of the Year.

This category might go either way, given the heated discussions surrounding God of War: Ragnarok vs. Elden Ring as the winner on social media. But it appears that Software’s magnificent open-world epic has a little advantage. Months after its debut, players are still pouring countless hours into Elden Ring, demonstrating the game’s resiliency. The RPG is certain to receive a lot of Tarnished votes given that it has been From Software’s best-selling title to date.
